If you are unhappy with your purchase from The Acorn Store for any reason, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund (less any promotional discounts and shipping charges).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will follow up with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For Items You Purchased: We will issue a full refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 15 days of sale date. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card used at purchase, we will send a check to the purchaser at the billing address provided at purchase.
For Items Received as a Gift: We will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card. Please include the email address to which you would like the gift card issued with your return.
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees if applicable.
A refund for returned items will be issued to your original form of payment. If an item was received as a gift, we will issue a gift card to the recipient for the value of the returned item(s). Please include the email address to which you would like the gift card sent.
Sale and clearance items are eligible for store credit only.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, shipping charges and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.
If the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the $150 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
You will receive a refund (for items you purchased) or store credit (for items received as gifts) within seven (7) business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.
Please note that it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Please Note: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package for damaged, missing, or incorrect items and contact us within five business days to report any problems. Please provide your order number, a photo of the damage and your packing slip. Damaged items reported more than five business days after receipt may not be eligible for return or replacement.
