FREE SHIPPING
Standard shipping is free for most items within the contiguous United States with a purchase of $150 or more. Order must total $150 after all discounts or promotions are applied. The $150 order value will not include items that are not eligible for free shipping. The individual product page will indicate when a product is not available for free shipping.

LARGE ITEM AND FURNITURE FLAT RATES
Large items, heavy items and bulky items are not eligible for free shipping and excluded from the general shipping policy. This exclusion is indicated on the product page for these items. The rates are determined by the weight and box dimensions for the product. Shipping costs for these items are calculated per item and may range from $0.95 - $49.95.
SPECIALTY PRODUCTS
Some products are not available for free shipping. Currently, this only includes Ostheimer Wooden Toys, and all books. Some of these products are large and bulky and will have a shipping charge, but most simply be excluded from the order subtotal.
SHIPPING METHODS
Most items ship from our warehouse in Santa Monica within 2 business days. Delivery typically ranges from 2-3 business days from fulfillment to the west coast and 5-7 days for east coast delivery. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground, UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Rush shipping can be arranged separately at cost through contacting acornonlineshop@gmail.com. Rates will be calculated per the specific order.
