Sea Otter Small

This cute little sea otter is having a rare break from the water, but it won't be far from the water's edge. It's small enough to use as the pup in the otter family, or you can simply add it to any sea themed story sacks or animal collections. This small, sweet, otter could be watching its parents splashing in the water, or perhaps spotting a tasty fish to dive after for supper.
